PAYMENT AND SHIPPING INFORMATION

General information

We produce our products based on demand and generally have only a few products on stock. Therefore all orders are subject to an estimated order processing time of 7 days before being dispatched. However, during times of high demand, the processing time can be extended to 14 days.

After your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email notification including your tracking number. Shipping time is dependent on the destination and can vary between 4 days (EU) and 14 days (remote areas).

Payment

All prices are listed in Euros (€). As a non-taxpayer, we do not charge any VAT and prices are therefore listed excluding VAT. When purchasing from within an EU member country, you will not be expected to pay any additional customs fees or VAT. Customers outside of the EU may be required to pay local taxes once the order is received by their local import office. For the exact charges including product taxes, import duty and customs fees, please contact your local import office or review your local government website for more information on importing products.

The W-controls e-shop processes card payments using Stripe gateway.  Stripe supports credit and debit card payments. Your payment details will be saved securely on Stripe's PCI Compliant servers, our e-shop does not store or interact with payment details locally.

Another option of payment is an online bank transfer. After placing the order, you will be sent payment instructions by email.

Shipping

All orders received by the W-controls e-shop will be despatched from our workshop in Prague.

The cost of delivery is calculated based on the total weight of your order. You will be shown a quote for delivery to your chosen shipping address at the checkout page.

Customs policies vary widely, with customs or import duties being charged once the order reaches its destination country. W-controls cannot be held responsible for any additional charges. Please be aware of any additional fees your local customs office may charge before placing your order.
