• Does the product price include tax?
  
  Prices are listed excluding tax. As a non-taxpayer, we do not charge VAT. However, orders that are shipped to countries outside of the EU may be subjected to local customs and duty charges. See Payment & Shipping information page.
• Will I have to pay any import fees/customs duties?
  
  When purchasing from within an EU member country, you will not be expected to pay any additional customs fees or VAT. Customers outside of the EU may be required to pay local taxes once the order is received by their local import office. For the exact charges including product taxes, import duty and customs fees, please contact your local import office or review your local government website for more information on importing products.

• How do I know my order has been dispatched?
  After your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email notification including your tracking number.

• How long is the delivery lead time?
  

  We produce our products based on demand and generally have only a few products on stock. Therefore all orders are subject to an estimated order processing time of 7 days before being dispatched. However, during times of high demand, the processing time can be extended to 14 days. Shipping time is dependent on the destination and can vary between 4 days (EU) and 14 days (remote areas).
